Quality hat with Vintage logo
AMERICAN NEEDLE ‘Dad Hat’:Brand new in 1972, our blue Pinto carried us many miles for about 10 years. Two bucket seats in front with a 4 speed manual transmission, 2-door, enclosed trunk. No air conditioning. Rear wheel drive. 1.6L engine.In it, we traveled gravel roads, highways, city streets, country roads, mountains and plains. Once we slept in it while camping at a fishing access site. We never realized the danger that the fuel tank presented in a collision.Babies came and we traded it for a larger car.It is hard to hide car sized things in a small town and I saw it one day in a grocery store parking lot. It looked rough for it’s 50 years and I was surprised that it was still running.So the hat reviewed here is like a badge because I owned a Pinto and I remember it fondly.-Workmanship is good. I like the color. The strap that adjusts for hat size has a buckle clamp which I prefer over the plastic-tabbed adjusters. The stitching stands out against the background of the cotton fabric. Cotton fabric is what I want in a baseball hat.-

Great Pinto hat! Well made and fits great.
I can remember when the Ford Pinto came out. I was just a kid, but always liked cars, so I kept track of all the brands and the models growing up. Pinto is not one you hear much about now a days. I do remember I liked them when I was a kid because of the Pinto pony as part of their emblem trim that they had. So when I saw this hat at first I thought it was something for John Deere, but when I looked closer and saw the Pinto with the pony, and I wanted that, lol. Sort of a memory lane thing for me.The hat is really nice. It is well made with good attention to detail and I did not find a single thing wrong with it. It even fit me without needing to be adjusted! I definitely can recommend this Pinto hat. It is a good quality made hat. I am so glad I got it!

well made old-school hat for Daughter who was born in the back seat of a Pinto
I saw this hat and had to have it. My oldest daughter was born in the back seat of my father in law’s Ford Pinto on the way to the hospital while I was in boot camp and this has always been something that was remarkable and unique to me. I saw this quality, old school looking had and sent it to her for her birthday. It is quality made and looks like it was from the 1980’s and it turned out to be a cherished laugh for all.

Top of the line hat
The quality of this hat is superb. As good as the nicest baseball hats I’ve owned in this style. Way better than the quality of the Pinto, which is what made this hat so excellent in the first place. Looking forward to telling more people about the Ford Pinto memo while wearing this hat. It’s a very timely topic that not enough people know about, what with the push to deregulate so many industries. Anywho, I have already received compliments about the hat – it’s a very nice green color.

Very nicely made hat
This is a well-made hat. While I don’t own a Ford Pinto, and the kermit-the-frog green color is a bit fashion-forward for my tastes, I’d buy another hat from this company without hesitation now. This cap has an old-dude hipster vibe to it. (After all, not many people are super proud of their Pinto.) It most certainly has skibidi Ohio rizz, and I’m OK with that. I wish it was available in blue, but otherwise it’s cool hat.

Nice hat, big on nostalgia
My first car was a Pinto, and I’ve been binge-watching CHiPs for a couple of weeks…and it’s full of old Fords, including Pintos. I could not resist this hat. It fit perfectly right out of the package, and the stitching is top-notch.
