Nice Looking Hat
It arrived today. The hat was boxed, but still crushed. Initial fit (large), revealed that it is a bit big. I normally wear a 7 1/4, or 58 CM hat. Since it was recommended to order one that was bigger than smaller, I opted for the large one that is rated for 58, 59 CM. I will attempt to use something inside the internal sweat band to tighten it up a bit.The outside band is folded and not uniform around the hat. I have tried to straighten out, but did not succeed. It seems as though it was ironed incorectly during manufacturing. Currently, I am attempting to reshape it to look like the picture shows. I do not like a floppy hat that is out of shape.Overall, for 33 bucks it’s not a bad hat. You get what you pay for. I may opt for a more expensive hat later this summer. For now, working in the yard, and going out to the grocery store, this one should work out fine.I wish hat manufacturers would make fitted hats and not small, medium and large, etcetera. People have specific head sizes, and should be able to purchases hats that fit without having to pay a hundred dollars or MORE. (And I have paid up for a good fitting, good looking hat, ’cause I’m that guy).Update: 6-10-2019 Today, I returned it. After closer inspection I found three defects that were not acceptable. Two snags of the weave in the front of the brim. Also, the brim, in the middle was folded over during shipping and the straw was cracked. Despite working on it for couple of hours, I was unable to get it shaped back to what the picture depicts. Amazon has already returned my payment.

Nice hat
I have a rather small head, and using Velcro, I was able to get this hat to fit perfectly. It’s blocked very well with a wide brim that does a great job in keeping the sun off of your face. The hat was shipped in a well designed box. Great hat, worth the price.

Awesome product
I would give this hat seven stars if possible!! It’s lightweight and soft and looks totally awesome! This is the fourth Panama hat I’ve bought the only problem I have is trying to decide which one to wear and keeping them away from my sweetheart. Lol The hat shipped quickly and arrived in an awesome package. I love these hats.

When compared side by side with competitors (knock offs) the quality difference is more than obvious, Jack has them beat hands down.Size choice can be tricky for a couple of reasons, ballpark size guides and no two straw/grass hats are ever exactly the same size or shape. In my opinion the sizes listed here are “Western” or U.S. sized meaning “Medium” is medium to medium large and “Large” is large to extra large.Impressively fast shipping directly from Panama Jack
