My new ballcap is perfect.
My old USS America cap, I sat proudly on the rear deck of my car. After a few years it is all faded. I needed a new one. This one has the image embroidered onto the hat, not embroidered on a patch that is then sewn onto the cap. A big Thank You to Spiffy Custom Gifts in Florida USA. Highly recommended.

My husband had ruined his hat that he was issued while in the Navy, he had searched for years to find one he would be happy with. I came across this one and it had a good review so I decided to give it a shot. He loves it and said it is just like the one he had with the exception of the Velcro strap in the back (which he prefers anyway). The only down side at all was that it arrived in the mail the day AFTER Veteran’s Day so he wasn’t able to wear it that day….but he will next year 🙂

My original USS America ball cap from over 20 years ago was looking a bit tattered. So I looked for another and found several. These looked to be the best made and have the velcro adjustment in the back rather than the plastic. I was right. These hats are well stitched, look great, and are original uniform color (blue). They have a good quality look and feel to them. I am very happy with my purchase, so I, sent one to an old shipmate and friend.
